1. Is submission of an Online Application Form easier than a Paper Application Form?
  Certainly and undoubtedly, completing an Online Application Form takes less time compared to the Paper Application Form and involves less effort. The Online submission of the Application Form will reduce the whole processing time for a student like - standing in unending queues at Andhra Bank / e-Seva / Post office to purchase Paper Application form, take Demand Draft from bank, submission of completed Application form at the Regional Centers / EAMCET office, delays due to posting/receiving of Hall Tickets. Also, for the EAMCET office to work and manage is a laborious task coupled with wastage of extra, unsold Application forms and other stationary items. Over and above this, online system provides efficient & consistent Application tracking information and the ability to search the applications easily. The objective is to gradually make EAMCET a paper-free exam with the inspiration of exams like AIEEE, CEEP, APPSC, etc. SAVE PAPER and SAVE ENVIRONMENT.
2. Where can I buy the Application form?
  For EAMCET 2012, buying of the Application form at designated centers is not there and Application form has to be submitted ONLY through ONLINE mode. Please visit the website https://www.apeamcet.org for more details
3. How do I apply ONLINE?
  Visit the website https://www.apeamcet.org and first go through carefully the entire information about EAMCET 2012 provided there. Next, proceed to Registration fee Payment with the following mandatory details - Name of the candidate, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile number, Qualifying Examination appeared / passed, Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Examination, SSC or 10th Class Hall Ticket No. and Stream applying for E or AM or E&AM. (1st mode – AP Online or e-Seva / CSC centers. 2nd mode – Payment through Debit / Credit card
If Payment mode is through AP Online / e-Seva / CSC, choose the nearest center and pay the Registration fee. You will be given a receipt containing a Transaction Id. Later, return to the website and click on the button “APPLY ONLINE". Enter the required details available on the receipt form. If details are correct you will be taken to the Application form filling page. Submit the form after “PREVIEW” is satisfactory.
If Payment mode is Debit / Credit card, be ready with the following mandatory details - Name of the candidate, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile number, Qualifying Examination appeared / passed, Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Examination, SSC or 10th Class Hall Ticket No.,Stream applying for E or AM or E&AM, Debit or Credit card details to make the Registration fee payment. Follow the steps and ensure that the data entered is correct.
A Confirmation page is generated which has all the details you have keyed in. For more details click “USER GUIDE” on the EAMCET 2012 website.
4. Should I upload any certificates?
  None of the certificates need to be uploaded. However, if you belong to SC / ST category then you need to bring a photocopy copy of the Caste Certificate duly attested to the examination hall.
5. Should I upload my photograph and signature?
  If your Qualifying examination is conducted by Intermediate Board of Education, A.P. and you have passed your Qualifying examination is in the years 2011 and 2012, then you need not upload the photo and signature. However, if you belong to CBSE or ICSE or equivalent, then you need to upload the Photo (size < 30KB) and Signature (size < 15KB) as and when prompted by the system.
6. If I wish to appear for both streams Engineering and Agriculture & Medical (E & AM), will I be allotted the same Test centre or different Test centres?
  Generally, you will be allotted the same Test centre to appear for both streams (E & AM).
7. You are asking only the SC/ST candidates to enclose the category certificate. What about the OBC category candidates? Do they have to enclose the category certificate too?
  Only SC / ST category students have to submit their Caste Certificate duly attested along with the Filled-in Application Form to the Invigilator in the Examination hall during the EAMCET test. OBC candidates need not submit any certificates. However, ALL students have to produce the Category Certificates at the time of admission.
8. How much is the Registration fee for EAMCET 2012 examination?

  The Registration fee / Late fee may be paid at AP Online Centers / Citizen Service Centers, e-seva centers in A.P and also through payment gateway (credit/debit card).

9. If I choose the Payment Gateway option, how do I submit the ONLINE Application form?
  Before selecting the Debit / Credit card payment mode for Registration fee, the candidate has to be ready with the required details - Name of the candidate, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile number, Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Examination, Stream applying for E or AM or E&AM and Debit / Credit card details. After payment the ONLINE Application form will appear. Fill in all the mandatory details, read the declaration and SUBMIT. After a PREVIEW of the Application form a print of “Filled in Online Application form” can be taken and a .pdf document can also be saved which has all the details of the candidate.
Remember that this print of the “Filled In Online Application form” document has to be preserved carefully and submitted to the Invigilator during the EAMCET examination. A recent passport color photograph of the candidate has be affixed and attested (by a Gazetted officer / Principal of the where the candidate studied) well in advance. The Signature and Left hand thumb impression of the candidate at the designated places on the print out of Application form are a must in the presence of Invigilator.
10. Do I need to post my application and attachments?
  No, Not Necessary
11. When and how will I know the status of my application?
  The status of your application will be known immediately. If your application is filled in completely and submitted, you will instantly get an SMS. If you have given your e-mail id., then a copy will be mailed to your e-mail address.
12. After completing the ONLINE application process and generating printable Application form, will I be able to login again to change my application data?
  No, after completing all the steps up to “Filled in Application Form” generation in ONLINE application process, you can only print the application form and cannot modify the data. However, if you feel there are any corrections required then you can contact the Regional Centers or send an e-mail to the convenereamcet2012@apeamcet.org or contact at 040-23150362 / 040-23150462.
13. If I misplace my copy of the “Filled In Online Application Form”, how to get another copy of it?
  You can take a fresh printout of the “Filled In Online Application Form” from the website www.apeamcet.org by giving suitable details.
14. I have missed to take a print of my ONLINE application at the end of my application process. How will I get access to it?
  You can take a copy by typing the Registration number and Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket number and take a printout from the www.apeamcet.org by clicking “Print Your Filled In Application Form”.
15. I did some mistake in filling the details in Online Application, Then how to change?
  If there is any correction required in the data, contact EAMCET-2012 office through email (or) Nearest REGIONAL CENTER with documental evidence or send an e-mail to the convenereamcet2012@apeamcet.org or contact at 040-23150362 / 040-23150462.
16. What if I don’t have an Email-id?
  Email-id is not a mandatory detail but desirable as you might be intimated .
17. What if I don’t have a Mobile number?

Mobile number is a mandatory detail as your Transaction Id., Payment confirmation or any other future correspondence is through the correct Mobile number you enter. Hence, if you don’t have a Mobile number enter the mobile number of your parents / guardian or close relatives / friends whom you can trust.
18. My Registration No. is lost, whom to contact?

If your Registration No. is lost, click the “Forgot Registration Number” contact your nearest Regional Center - Coordinator / EAMCET office. For more details visit CONTACT US on the website : www.apeamcet.org
19. I forgot to Affix the recent color photograph and attestation by Gazetted Officer on the Filled In Online Application Form, what to do?

It is mandatory to submit the copy of the Filled In Online Application Form with photograph and attestation on it.
20. You said Filled In Online Application Form is not a Hall Ticket, hence, I somehow forget it to bring to the Examination Hall

You will not be ALLOWED to take exam.
21. If I arrive to the EAMCET Examination Hall late by 1 minute, will I be allowed to take the exam ?

You will not be ALLOWED to take exam even if you are late by 1 minute.
22. I have pressed the Back / Refresh / ANY button during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card, will that speed up my payment process?

Avoid using Back / Refresh / ANY other buttons during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card, this will hamper the whole process and your submission will be incomplete. Hence, you are advised to have patience during the Payment through Bank.
23. I haven’t found the answer to my question in the FAQ’s, what should I do?

You are advised to go through ALL details thoroughly on the official EAMCET - 2012 website www.apeamcet.org. Still if you not finding an answer to your question contact the EAMCET office.
